It is my pleasure to bring you the review of Sushi Ran, located at the Amelia Island Hotel & Golf Club in Amelia Island, Florida. We had a delightful experience with Sushi Ran, and I can’t wait to visit again. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you immediately feel at home. The staff greeted us warmly, and I was pleased to see that every table was set with freshwater. After having a light lunch, we were escorted to our table by a lovely waitress. She was very helpful and provided us with menus for the rest of our meal. We began our meal with the appetizer of a house salad that was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. The roll was lightly breaded and delicious. The soup of the day, spicy miso, was perfect for cooling off after a hot day in the sun. The entrees were outstanding, as well. Our appetizer was the Japanese-style spicy tuna sashimi, topped with edamame (shelled soybeans). The chef was creative and served the edamame on a plate made of seaweed. We decided to share our first main course, a yellowtail sashimi with rice. The rice was fluffy, moist, and cooked perfectly. The sashimi was served over the top of the rice, and it tasted amazing. Our second course was the spicy orange salmon, and it was delicious. The sushi rolls were large, and they were filled with a delicious
