A new charity challenge will see 12 cyclists pedal 260 miles across the highest Welsh mountains to raise money for people with MS.
They are hoping to fundraise £5,000 for local multiple sclerosis support groups, including one in Cardiff.
The four-day route runs from Holyhead to Cardiff and includes 18,000ft of elevation across Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons.
These riders are the first to take on the challenge, which will run from the 18th to 21st May and is run by the charity Bike the UK for MS.
The group will also be meeting local MS groups in Caernarfon at Goch Garden Centre and at Cardiff Bay.
Supported by a five-person team of volunteers, the group is also being kindly hosted by the Holyhead community centre (Canolfan Gymunedol Gwelfor), Porthmadog FC, Llanidloes RFC and the Kensington Baptist Church in Brecon.
