International real estate advisor Savills has further strengthened its Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) team with the appointment of Paul Love, who joins as a director in the firm’s Cardiff office.

With extensive property knowledge spanning across two decades, Paul will establish the company’s BPC offer in Wales, delivering bespoke specialist solutions across the region, linking closely with Savills existing team in Bristol and wider national network.

Prior to his new role, Love worked as joint head of the Project and Development Services team at Cushman & Wakefield’s South West & South Wales office.

Simon Collett, Executive Director and head of Savills BPC, comments: “We are pleased to welcome Paul to the team, with his appointment allowing us to create a specialist Wales and West region service for clients, bolstering the calibre and geographical spread of our consultancy offering, while supporting a strong pipeline of activity.”

Paul Love, Director, Savills BPC, adds: “Savills BPC has an impressive reputation within the industry, known for providing its clients with reliable and value-adding guidance. Having worked in the region for a number of years, I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge of its property market to this role.”
