Existing Directors who have been appointed as new Business Owners are Betsan Powell, Head of Commercial Services and Emma Gilroy, Head of Residential Property. Both head up teams that turnover in excess of £1 million across South and West Wales.
JCP Director and CEO, Hayley Davies, said:
“We are so pleased to see our outstanding colleagues progress at JCP Solicitors and make an ongoing commitment to support the continued growth of our business. They all bring a diverse mix of talents and their expertise, judgment and professionalism are highly valued by the business, their peers and our clients.
“Providing a clear path for progression and nurturing people so that they reach their full potential is a key element of our business strategy and as testimony to this Emma, Rhian and Andrew all started JCP at the very beginning of their careers in paralegal or trainee roles. Our recent merger activity and subsequent growth has created opportunities and our supportive culture ensures that we remain focused on development for all of our staff.”
