Hensol Castle has unveiled two new state-of-the-art conference rooms, developed with versatility and distinctive atmospheres to enhance the Castle’s unique event offerings.

Originally part of the Castle’s Old Stable Block, the rooms were designed to provide both a modern, high-spec experience and the charm of the historic setting. Each room has been crafted with its own personality featuring high, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, reminiscent of a classic barn conversion, creating a sense of space and grandeur.

Advanced technological features, including 100-inch TVs equipped with HDMI connectivity, ensure presentations are seamlessly supported, and each room provides full Wi-Fi coverage.

With insulated walls featuring phenolic board, guests enjoy enhanced warmth, quiet, and energy efficiency. The two new conference rooms are flooded with natural daylight offering glorious views of the lake as well as being fully air conditioned for comfort.

The elegant herringbone floors, complemented by granite windowsills and work surfaces, complete the refined aesthetic and bring a sophisticated touch to this Grade-I listed venue, inviting guests to experience historic charm with contemporary comforts.

    The Buttery

The Buttery can accommodate up to 54 delegates theatre style, 36 cabaret and 24 boardroom.

The Coach House suits 24 in a U-shape, 48 theatre style and 40 for a small private dinner.

Standard and Premium delegate rates available for just £40pp and 50pp respectively.

When the work is done, delegates can take advantage of the on-site distillery team building activities which include distillery tour and tasting, gin or rum making or cocktail masterclass.

Richard Williams, Director of Sales, at Hensol Castle, commented:

“At Hensol Castle, we are thrilled to expand our event spaces with the addition of these two new conference rooms. Each room offers a unique atmosphere that reflects the Castle’s rich heritage while delivering modern, high-quality facilities for our guests. This expansion adds even more versatility to our venue, which is already well-loved for weddings, business and special events. We look forward to welcoming guests into these beautifully designed spaces and providing them with an unforgettable experience in our historic setting.”
