Tramshed Tech, Wales’ leading technology hub and coworking network, have announced the launch of its “New Year, New Workspace” campaign, offering ambitious entrepreneurs and businesses enhanced opportunities to join its thriving community. This announcement follows an exceptional year of growth and impact across the Welsh startup ecosystem.

Throughout 2024, Tramshed Tech has established itself as a cornerstone of Welsh innovation, serving a thriving community across 6 locations. Through its business growth programmes, the hub has supported hundreds of founders, startups, and scaleups who collectively raised millions collectively in post-programme funding. The organisation delivered nine comprehensive programmes throughout the year, including the successful Convergent Content Programme, UniVentures, Tech Export Cluster, Soft-Landing Programme, and Wales’ first Female Founder Investor Readiness Accelerator.

The organisation’s impact extended well beyond its local community in 2024, hosting 24 international delegations and strengthening Wales’ position on the global tech stage. Its  presence in the national spotlight peaked during London Tech Week, where Tramshed Tech hosted the second annual Welsh Tech Ecosystem event at The Shard in partnership with Welsh Government. The hub’s dedication to fostering Welsh innovation manifested through three major showcase and pitching events, including Wales Week London, alongside four exclusive Founders’ Dinners in partnership with RBC Brewin Dolphin. The year’s achievements culminated in the launch of the inaugural Fusable Festival & Awards, a celebration of Welsh tech innovation created in collaboration with Barclays Eagle Labs.

“As we enter 2025, we’re building on the momentum of an incredible year that saw unprecedented growth in Welsh innovation,” said Sophie Webber, Innovation Director at Tramshed Tech. “Our community’s achievements in 2024 reinforce Wales’ position as an emerging hub for tech innovation, and we’re excited to welcome more innovative businesses to our community.”
