One of Cardiff’s most popular nights out, Bingo Lingo, will move to Cardiff Bay’s Tiger Yard for a month-long, outdoor series of their legendary weekend shows.

From August 2nd, all Bingo Lingo events will move from DEPOT Cardiff to the incredible, outdoor waterside location of Tiger Yard. Bingo Lingo fans will be able to enjoy the same high-energy, interactive bingo nights they’ve come to love, but this exciting change promises an unforgettable summer atmosphere as the sun sets.

Bingo Lingo is a phenomenon that has been sweeping across the UK for over eight years, bringing sell-out shows to over 30 cities; they’ve revolutionized the traditional game of bingo, swapping out bingo halls for some of the best venues in the UK. Crowds are thrown into an evening of nostalgic singalongs and non-stop dancing, hosted by hilarious hosts and wild on-stage performers. If you’ve ever seen people walking home with 10-foot inflatable hotdogs or a sign saying they’ve won a holiday, it’s likely they’ve just completed an incredible night at Bingo Lingo!

Tiger Yard is an outdoor food court based in Cardiff Bay, featuring six permanent kitchens and two purpose-built bars, all created using 22 rainbow-coloured shipping containers. The incredible waterside venue can welcome up to 1,000 guests at a time, and since opening last summer has played host to a variety of events, from street-food festivals celebrating the best independent traders, to live music events, charity runs, and more.

Both Bingo Lingo and Tiger Yard are owned and operated by the DEPOT group, the same team behind Cardiff’s most successful independent entertainment venue, DEPOT Cardiff.

“We can’t wait to take Bingo Lingo outdoors to Cardiff Bay! This is a unique opportunity to experience the best of both worlds: the unbeatable energy of Bingo Lingo in a vibrant, open-air setting – along with some delicious treats from Tiger Yard’s bars and resident street food traders.” said Bingo Lingo Operations Manager Rhys Hartley.
