    CJCH Solicitors expands its corporate offering with senior appointment

    A litigation specialist with over 15 years’ experience is the latest appointment at leading law firm CJCH Solicitors.

    Debra Spedding has joined the Cardiff-headquartered firm as Senior Solicitor with her appointment signifying a further expansion in its corporate offering.

    Debra joins the firm from Everett Tomlin Lloyd and Pratt with a wealth of experience in civil litigation, having also worked at Eversheds LLP and Harding Evans LLP.

    Debra has brought with her extensive knowledge within banking and finance, commercial and professional litigation, dispute management and both claimant and defendant work.

    [aoa id=”1″]Her appointment comes as the firm looks to strengthen its corporate offering, which specialises in commercial law, commercial property, litigation and dispute resolution, debt recovery, employment law, IP and mediation.[/aoa]

    CJCH Managing Partner, Tim Hartland, said:

    With a current case load in the region of 75 matters, Debra has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, marketing, terms and conditions for supply of goods and services in various fields, drafting guarantees and indemnities, generic commercial advice and debt recovery.

    On her appointment, Debra said: “I am so pleased to have joined CJCH in the role of Senior Solicitor. It is a progressive and exciting firm with a great reputation not only in south Wales, but globally.

    “As the firm continues to grow, I am confident that my experience will be beneficial to the firm’s plans. I look forward to my future at CJCH.”
