Flossy and Boo are back on tour at venues across South Wales

Flossy and Boo

This February, Flossy and Boo return to Chapter Arts Centre’s stage, and venues across South Wales, with their magical brand of storytelling in a beautiful show, The Girl Who Couldn’t Pretend, about the power of imagination.

Flossy and Boo said:

“We’re so excited to be back on tour with The Girl Who Couldn’t Pretend, with the previous tour being cut short (we all know why!) this is a long awaited return to this joyous story.

“We can’t wait to be back in Chapter, sharing the magic of live theatre with all the wonderful audiences.”

The Girl Who Couldn’t Pretend is a whirlwind adventure story of a girl who tries to find her imagination. Helped by many characters along the way, she hunts through forests, sea and sky to pretend her way into some of the most amazing places – from whale racing with the Queen of the underwater world, to flying in a hot air balloon to name the stars.

Expect live, original music, fun characters and exciting interaction.

The show is perfect for 2-8 year olds, but all are welcome.

The Girl Who Couldn’t Pretend comes to Chapter’s Seligman Theatre on Monday 21 February, 11am & 2pm.

Due to current COVID restrictions in Wales, performances are sold at a reduced capacity.

The Girl Who Couldn’t Pretend will tour to Blackwood Miner’s Institute (22 February), Pontardawe Arts Centre (23 February), Theatr Brycheiniog (24 February) and Riverfront Newport (6 March).
