Cardiff’s very own Neighbourhood Kitchen is proud to announce that garage music legend Zed Bias will be taking over the restaurant’s menu for a week of garage and burger filled fun! With his hit song, Neighbourhood, being one of the owners, Tudor and Caroline’s favourite tunes, and a huge inspiration into the naming of the restaurant, they are so excited to bring Zed Bias’ Neighbourhood to Neighbourhood! Plus on Saturday 8th October, Zed Bias will be performing an exclusive live DJ Lock-in set for you hungry customers!
If you didn’t know, Neighbourhood Kitchen and Cocktail Bar located at 80 Tudor Street, just outside Cardiff City Centre, is a rotating street food restaurant that provides a space for a variety of different chefs, ideas and menus! This year they’ve hosted Vegan Superstar Chef Gaz Oakley, launched Cardiff’s first Crawfish Boil and had dishes from Hoagies, Jerk Bowls and Bao Buns to Watermelon Sashimi, Tacos and Inari Sushi. So you shouldn’t be too surprised by their next addition of Zed Bias to the Neighbourhood family!
From Wednesday 5th to Saturday 8th October, 5pm until late, you’ll be able to get your hands on Uncle Zed’s Biasonic Burgers with your choice of delicious beef, chicken or mushroom patties infused with Zed’s Biasonic Hot Sauce! Don’t worry if spice isn’t for you, they’ve got alternatives or plenty of milk! There’ll also be a curated garage playlist on all week getting you in the mood for Saturday evenings DJ lock-in!
Neighbourhood Kitchen has been a great addition, bringing a new variety and adding a little spice, into Cardiff’s culinary scene and we’re sure they’ll have some of their speciality cocktails to match!
