The Welsh Fitness Classic will see bodybuilders compete for the title of Ladies or Men’s Welsh Fitness Classic Champion. The winners will be walking away with the Welsh Fitness Championship belt and V3 Apparel Victory Jacket.

Friday July 9th at the Hilton Hotel – Cardiff sees the conclusion of the week’s activities with the fourth Welsh Fitness Awards. The glittering black-tie ceremony will recognise the truly outstanding achievements of our gyms, PT’s and fitness entrepreneurs.

Welsh Fitness Week founder, Wesley Skene said “the last year has been truly horrendous for the fitness community. However, they have risen to the challenge and done whatever it takes to overcome the difficulties faced. Welsh Fitness Week is the light on the horizon that lets us know we have made it through this awful period.”
