Mumtaz Hussain joins the GlobalX team in her new role, working across both corporate and property searches to ensure new and existing clients are aware of all the services available from GlobalX, as well as streamlining their day to day operations.

The company, which operates out of Cardiff, London, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, welcomed Mumtaz earlier this month. She has joined GlobalX from the Legal 500 and brings with her 27 years of experience in the legal sector.

Mumtaz has spent 15 years in private practice as a solicitor and sole practitioner, working within some of the top law firms in the UK. She has also spent 12 years working with law firms to help with infrastructure development, operational excellence, client procurement as well as reviewing existing regulatory and compliance systems.

Having recently undergone a rebranding and taking on a host of new recruits, GlobalX will welcome Mumtaz, a board member of the Surrey Law Society as the most recent addition to the team.

When discussing her new role, Mumtaz said: “I’m very pleased to be joining the GlobalX team. This is such a pivotal time for the company which is going from strength to strength and continuously moving forward in the industry. I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity and am excited to bring my experiences to the role.”

GlobalX CEO, Mark Allwood said: “We are delighted to welcome Mumtaz to GlobalX. With her extensive experience and expertise, she brings a wealth of knowledge with her that will benefit our current team greatly. We’re very excited to have someone of her stature as part of the company.”

GlobalX is a market leading provider of business, property and consumer information. They provide services for the legal, conveyancing and financial industries.

The company was also recently crowned winner at the Wales Legal Awards, taking away the gong for Services to the Legal Profession.
