A North Wales-based leading job advertising and recruitment marketing business is looking to hire a Managing Director to drive the next phase of its growth strategy.

JVP Group has expanded significantly during the last nine years with clients across the UK.

Founder Cath Harrison is now looking to broaden the senior management team by recruiting a new Managing Director. Cath will continue to work with the new MD on business strategy, but step back from day-to-day operational responsibilities.

The company, which is based in St Asaph, supports SMEs, not-for-profit and blue-chip organisations across a wide range of sectors.

So far, in 2022, it has recorded its busiest ever year with almost 60 new clients including Arriva UK Trains, Buildbase, Nottingham City Council and Rowlands Pharmacy. Other clients include Chester Zoo, Moneypenny and the NSPCC.

JVP’s eight-strong team provides tailored online job advertising across all roles, from entry to executive level.

The company’s suite of time-saving solutions includes talent sourcing, skills and knowledge testing, psychometric profiling and the development and hosting of careers websites. Clients are also able to access JVP’s fully managed applicant tracking system.

Cath said: “The business has gone from strength to strength during the last nine years and this year is set to be our best-ever with more new clients than ever coming on board.

“But we are about to enter the next stage of the JVP growth story and, to achieve our goals, there is a requirement to expand the senior management team.

“The appointment of an MD to work alongside myself and other members of the team will give us the bandwidth to grow our existing solutions as well as moving into new areas which will support our wider growth plans.

“The new MD would have a primary focus on day-to-day leadership and general management of business operations, sales, marketing, and human resources.

“The role would ideally suit a Managing Director, Commercial Director, or Sales and Marketing Director and someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a dynamic, highly motivated, proactive and ambitious personality.”
