As one of Wales’ leading suppliers of plumbing supplies and luxury bathrooms, family-run CWB Wholesale (Castle Plumbing Supplies) looks set to continue its impressive growth.

Established in 2000 by husband and wife team David and Caroline Cosgrove, Caldicott-based CWB, has grown to five branches, employing 38 staff, including their three children who play key roles in the running of the business.

Following their continued success, and achieving a multi-million-pound turnover, in 2013 CWB called on Newport-based accountancy and tax expert Kilsby Williams.

Dave said: “When we first started out, we used a local accountant who was perfect for us a small business. However, as the business grew, quickly reaching a turnover of £11million a year, we needed someone who was better suited to our business needs.

“Kilsby offered so much in one place, including accounts, tax, and advice. We have quarterly meetings with the team and they offer valuable advice on all aspects of the business.

“I honestly don’t think we would have grown the business to what it is today without the help and guidance from Kilsby Williams.”

Simon Tee, Managing Partner at Kilsby Williams, said: “We’ve journeyed with CWB through their significant growth. As a business we specialise in helping others grow and CWB is a great example of what Welsh businesses are able to achieve.

“We look forward to a prosperous future for CWB and are confident in their continued success.”
