PROSPECTIVE students are being invited to an Open Day at the University of South Wales later this month.
Its Pontypridd, Cardiff and Newport City campuses will be open on Saturday, June 30, for anyone who wants to find out about studying at university, including career prospects.
“You can discuss course options, learn about student finance, explore our campuses and find out about accommodation,” said Dr Kate Saunders, the University’s Marketing Manager.
“The Open Day is tailored to you and your subject. You’ll have your own personalised timetable, the opportunity to see course-related facilities, plus many of our subject areas offer interactive sessions and workshops.”
Prospective students will also have the opportunity to meet lecturers, chat to student ambassadors, see student work, tour the campus and accommodation, and receive advice on everything from finance to disability support.
It is recommended that prospective students book their place beforehand by visiting http://www.southwales.ac.uk/opendays.
