In addition, to mark this important occasion, the famous Ivy Bus, embellished in green Ivy will take to the streets of Cardiff for one week, bringing a touch of ‘Ivy magic’ to some of Cardiff’s famous attractions, including Cardiff Castle, Cardiff City Hall and the Principality Stadium, to mark its debut in Wales.

On the drink’s menu, local brewers Tiny Rebel Brewing Co.’s “Cwtch” Red Ale and “Clwb Tropicana” IPA will be served alongside a series of locally inspired cocktails to complement the restaurants dishes. Bae Caerdydd features vanilla vodka, Xante Pear Brandy and Chambord, shaken with lemon juice, sugar syrup, pineapple juice and fresh raspberries. Meanwhile, winter berries and fresh mint are combined with Brecon Botanicals Gin, lime juice, apple juice and vanilla syrup and topped with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale to form the delicious Mermaid’s Dream, whilst a tantalizing mix of Absolut Citron, Manzana Verde, apple juice, lemon juice, passion fruit and fresh raspberries, finished with a flaming passion fruit shell make up the aptly named Dragon’s Fire.
