The biggest, most successful companies in the world always choose luxurious, hotels and resorts for their business meetings. New hotels and resorts open almost on a daily basis, so there will be no shortage of elite places for corporate meetings and events.
Unfortunately, finding an elite conference room in a short time span is almost impossible. The demand for such places has never been so high, and elite meeting rooms get booked extremely fast.
Therefore, it makes sense to look at different meeting hotels and their amenities a couple of months before a corporate event is scheduled.
Further, we take a look at the top five meeting hotels in the world. The list includes the CentralWorld Hotel in Bangkok, Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, Fairmont in Austin, Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, and Hilton London Metropole in London.
- CentralWorld – Bangkok
CentralWorld located at Rama I Road is one of the largest centers of this kind in the world. CentralWorld includes a luxurious five-star hotel and a massive office tower that is owned and operated by Central Pattana.
The complex is owned by Crown Property Bureau. In 2006, the complex re-opened after three years of extensive renovations. The CentralWorld Hotel features nine VIP floors, private conference rooms, and the iconic World Executive Club located on the fifty-first floor.
Visitors to the complex have a variety of tourist attractions to explore and many of these are very near to CentralWorld. The Sea Life Ocean World is very close by, as well as, Erawan Shrine, King Rama VI Monument, Saranrom Palace Park, and Saranrom Palace.
- Emirates Palace – Abu Dhabi
We cannot discuss the best meeting hotels in the world without mentioning Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. This luxury hotel is owned by the Abu Dhabi Government and operated by Mandarin Oriental as of 2020.
The complex opened its doors in 2001. It houses a massive, elite conference room that accommodated up to 20,000 visitors. In addition, it has a spectacular ballroom for over 2,000 guests, an auditorium with over 1,000 seats, and a whole bunch of other exclusive amenities.
If you ever find yourself in Abu Dhabi near Emirates Palace, make sure you pay a visit to the United Arab Emirates Presidential Palace, Qasr AlWatan, Observation Deck at 300, The Founder’s Memorial, and Qasr AlHosn.
- Fairmont – Austin
The construction of the Fairmont Austin hotel and complex started back in 2013. This thirty-seven-story hotel is located in Downtown Austin relatively near Kayak Town Lake, Boardwalk Park, Bob Bullock Museum, State Capitol Building, and Esther’s Follies.
The luxurious complex is equipped with multiple meeting and conference rooms and excellent dining options.
The complex is also physically connected to the Austin Convention Center by a skywalk. The Austin Convention Center is another elite place for organizing corporate meetings. Speaking of meeting hotels in the USA, Omni Barton Creek in Austin, Grand Hyatt in Nashville, MGM National Harbor located in Washington, and Gaylord Rockies Convention Center in Denver also serve the purpose beautifully.
- Caesar’s Palace – Las Vegas
Caesar’s Palace opened in 1996. The luxurious hotel is located on the Las Vegas Boulevard relatively close to The Mirage, The Venetian Resort, and Bellagio Hotel and Casino.
Caesar’s Forum is the one of latest conference and meeting centers to open in Las Vegas and it is part of Caesar’s Palace even though the two complexes are not physically connected.
- Hilton London Metropole – London
Located in central London, Hilton London Metropole is a luxurious four-star hotel that is equipped with over one thousand rooms.
Hilton London Metropole also has elite conference and meeting rooms that accommodate up to 3,000 guests. The hotel was renovated relatively recently and it remains one of the largest meeting hotels not only in the United Kingdom but in the world.
