    Welsh Law Awards 2024: Applications Now Open with New Categories

    The Welsh Law Awards are pleased to announce that applications are now open!

    The Welsh Law Awards recognises the achievements of the Welsh legal sector. The awards are to be held Thursday 17th October at the iconic Hilton Hotel – Cardiff. Now in their fifth year, the awards have added a number of new categories to reflect the growth of the legal sector.

    Sara Edwards, one of Welsh Television and Radio’s most popular presenters returns to host the Welsh Law Awards.

    The categories for the 2024 Welsh Law Awards are:

    • Commercial Law Services of the Year
    • Employment Law Services of the Year
    • Family Law Services of the Year
    • Personal Injury Law Services of the Year
    • Residential Conveyancing Law Services of the Year
    • Solicitor of the Year (1-4 Years)
    • Solicitor of the Year (+5 Years)
    • Paralegal of the Year
    • Legal PA of the Year
    • Private Client Law Services of the Year
    • Welsh Law Awards – Champion 2024 (Drawn from the winners of the categories above)

    Wesley Skene – Founder of the Welsh Law Awards said:

    “The legal sector is a vibrant and crucial part of the Welsh business community. The Welsh legal sector is a key player across the United Kingdom having hand in shaping the everyday lives of people in Wales. The Welsh Law Awards has championed these hugely talented people and the law firms that they represent since 2019. It is hugely humbling to share the stories of the work that is being done to make our lives in Wales, better and more equitable.”

    The closing date for applications is Friday 20th September 2024, with nominations announced on Monday 24thSeptember 2024.
