The clever people at Cadwaladers have been working hard behind the scenes to come up with a new ‘first of its kind in Wales’ ice cream.

A lot of brands have been coming up with different foodie concepts for Veganuary, and they all do sound very tempting, but this crazy idea has certainly got our attention. After all, two of the best foods in life are burgers and ice cream right? So why not bring the two together?

The ice cream burger is made using a sweet brioche bun filled with Lotus Biscuit spread sauce. It is then loaded with Cadwalader’s delicious vanilla ice cream and finished with Lotus biscuit crumble and light airy cream. Yum.

This magical masterpiece costs £6.95 with a Vegan friendly option available.
